This tape is considered a general purpose tape, ideal for automotive-grade sealing applications and industrial use.
  • The 'BT' 3M™ tape variant is advised for marine environments, high moisture, and high pressure extreme applications. This adhesive offers the strongest peel and shear resistance, making it ideal for high-stress and heavy-load applications. It has a low initial tack, allowing for easy repositioning during installation. It requires 72 hours to fully cure and reach maximum bond strength.C9201
